Why is my url about the little red hen? Well, my dad does a fantastic rendition, complete with voices, that was my absolute favorite as a child. And it's how I made my theatrical debut back in elementary school. I had the title role. It was brilliant -- until I knocked the cakepan off the table in the middle of my dramatic "I'll eat it myself!" monologue. So much for the stage.

I'm awful at keeping in touch with all of you ICSB people, but I just want you to know that I stalk you on your blogs and think about you/miss you/pray for you frequently. I started my first real teaching job this week at a college-prep school in Boston (it's providing college-prep education for students who otherwise couldn't afford it). The kids are so great and I'm loving it so far. Say "hi" to the other teachers for me and tell them I still pray for them often!
